The represented honey is a raw material used in our Meadery for mead production. It was harvested on stationary apiaries in the Šalčininkai district near the Lithuanian-Belarusian border in early summer. That is a non-standardized honey, with a complex composition of nectar and pollen from willow, wild chervil, raspberry, buckthorn, linden and other plants of meadows and forests of the borderland.
