The represented honey is a raw material used in our Meadery for mead production. It was harvested on stationary apiaries in the Šalčininkai district near the Lithuanian-Belarusian border in July/August. That is a non-standardized honey, with a complex composition of nectar and pollen from buckwheat, wild chervil, alfalfa, yarrow, cornflower and other forest-swamp and meadow plants and occasional honeydew.
