Light ruby red colour with orange hue, cherry aroma. Dry, with clearly perceptible honey taste and a delicate oak aftertaste.

Cherry flavour comes through very well with black pepper and candied ginger finish. Firm acid and low-moderate tannins. Medium-low body. This is an old styled mead called wiszniak, where 1/3 of the water is replaced with fresh cherry juice. The pepper brings out a slightly sharp, unique taste.
