- This mead was macerated on speciality coffee: Fazenda Moinho – Yellow Bourbon from Java Coffee Roasters.
- Vintage: 2020
- Straw colour with an intense coffee aroma contrasting with the colour, sweet taste with clearly perceptible coffee.
- The basis of this mead is the Augustów Early Trójniak with a delicate floral bouquet and a bright golden color. The Early Coffee Trójniak is developed during the grain maceration process. The coffee for our mead chosen together with specialists from Java Coffee Roasters comes from Brazil. It features a citrus, sweet and light aroma with notes of chocolate and lemon. In the combination with our Trójniak it creates the perfect harmony of taste.
- Ten miód pitny została nagrodzona srebrnym medalem podczas Mead Madness Cup 2019 PRO w Poznaniu oraz brązowym podczas Mead Madness Cup 2022 PRO w Warszawie, oraz złotym podczas Orpheus Mead Cup 2022 w USA.
